documentary has been developed, filmed and produced by BookEnd
scholarship student Ninna Millikin
to showcase some of the positive environmental work being undertaken on
Great White Sharks, Tasmanian Devils, Wedge Tailed Eagles, injured and
orphaned wildlife, and one of our most stunning wilderness areas. The
film shows the challenges, fun and career opportunities involved
with this type of work, and will be followed by a forum with
researchers, students and the film-makers involved. This event has been made possible with the support of the Australian Government as part of National Science Week, and the assistance of a grant from the Tasmanian Community Fund Board. The support of BookEnd donors and the University of Tasmania is also gratefully acknowledged. |
